🍔🫛 He started by working with Beyond Meat and then left to start Before the Butcher. The company focuses on creating meat alternatives that are nutritionally balanced and have a variety of options. They differentiate themselves by offering products with lower sodium content and a wider range of flavors. Scaling up has been a challenge, but they have managed to secure funding and partnerships to support their growth.

🚀📈 In the next five years, Before the Butcher plans to expand their private label and industrial business, as well as launch new products like pepperoni and beef sticks made with sunflower protein.
