Muscle pain is caused my toxins stuck in the muscles. When a muscle shortens,
along with poor posture causing the muscle to have to constantly contract, painful
lactic acid gets built up in the muscle, causing muscle pain. The key is to regain
lost mobility in the muscle and joints to get back to proper posture. We do this by Stretching out the muscles using the stretch away muscle pain system.
