Codependency is a behavioral condition that goes beyond the surface level of enabling another's addiction or poor mental health. It is a deep-rooted pattern of behavior that stems from a profound need for approval and an unhealthy attachment to relationships. When we are caught in the web of codependency, we lose touch with our true selves and become entangled in the needs and desires of others.

Common signs can include but are not limited too:
an excessive desire to please,
difficulty saying no,
poor boundaries,
fear of abandonment,
and a sense of responsibility for the other person's happiness and well-being.
It is crucial for individuals struggling with codependency to recognize that their well-being matters just as much as anyone else's. By learning how to set boundaries and prioritize self-care, we can start reclaiming our own identity and finding inner fulfillment.
Self-love and acceptance are key in cultivating healthy relationships with yourself and others.
