Kayak fishing is a great sport/hobby for a multitude of reasons. For Jay Jackson it was an outlet that kept him from going down the wrong pass where some of his friends went. At a time where the concept of fishing out of kayak was still in its infancy, Jay remind true to his new found passion. Having no one to really share his experience, Jay took the initiative to help other people in the community by teaching them that spending time on the water and outdoors can save their lives as well.
