The amazing Chantae McMillan joins the show to tell us about her life in the Track world. She tells us about the event that gave her the opportunity to join track, when she felt at home in her sport, what college recruitment was like, and adding new sports after a major injury.

Chantae tells us about her experience at the 2012 Olympics and how incredible it was. She goes into the unfortunate event of not making the 2016 Games, even after posting a personal best, and what she's doing to get ready for 2020!
