She integrates an array of somatic healing modalities to help others heal and thrive at a nervous system level. She was made homeless after her divorce in 2013 and was left with over £70k debt. She completely retrained and founded her School of Trauma Informed Positive Psychology that is driven to help heal others and teach and educate individuals, workplaces and schools to become trauma informed and has recently launched the worlds first and only Trauma Informed Coaching qualification, level 7, masters degree equivalent. She is a #1 best selling author and podcaster.
