Hello, I'm Nivea Pereira, welcome to the Podcast: Meditation with NLP.
NLP emerged in the 70s, based on lines of thought from Psychology, Psychiatry, Gestaltherapy, among other techniques.
In our meditations we will use one of the most powerful techniques in NLP - visualization.
Visualization can use memories, imagination or a combination of the two. It is one of the fundamental processes through which people build their inner model of the world. In the combination of guided meditation and NLP (visualization) we can use metaphors among other techniques, such as: Timeline, Resignification.
We will also have special programs where, in addition to meditation, we will integrate the lived experience and visualize it in a future time. This audio does not, however, replace medical follow-up if necessary.
