After the 2023 campaign ended with Ohio State Football sitting at 11-2, Ryan Day felt the need to shake things up on his staff. Chip Kelly came in as the new offensive coordinator, James Laurinaitis was promoted to line backers coach, and now the Buckeyes will have to find a replacement for running back coach Tony Alford, who jumped ship to join Michigan Football.
