Why would I change my myself when that's been so successful?

If I have certain behaviors, certain ways of seeing the world, certain ways of creating relationship, and I've done that for 25 years, and now I'm in a C-Suite role, why would I need to change?

But the world's changing and changing rapidly. I could find myself with a model and behaviors, with that style becoming obsolete or even extinct.
