Did you know there’s actually a “National Quitter’s Day”? It’s always around the 2nd-3rd week in January. Why? Because that’s when the friction hits. The goals seem far away, life gets busy again. The motivation fades.

But did you know there’s actually science to this “quitter’s day”? It’s often in January because of new goal setting, but it’s actually present in ANY attempt to start something new.

In this episode we’ll talk about the real science behind why it fades and you end up in the start-stop-stuck cycle over and over.
