Phase 2 of the Triple Whammy is upon us! In case your confused, I'm talking about the Christmas/Holiday Season!! LOL Although I'm faring rather well so far, that hasn't always been the case for me. For many many years, this time of year threw me for a loop de loop! I didn't know how to handle the societal induced pressure to be "jolly" during what was, and still is in many ways, a tumultuously emotional time of year. That being said, this last year has brought about quite a bit of change IN MY MIND & living situation, which is making the "Holidaze" a whole new ballgame for me! Listen in as I share on my "Holiday Season" past and present, so as to perhaps hear something that might help shift your mental state from sadness to gladness :)
