In this episode, Sara shares about more of the animal experiences she's had. Gary shares about his experiences at the recent National Association for Black Veterinarians Conference. This leads to a conversation about Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Veterinary Medicine space. There is a very large anxiety about saying the wrong thing on this topic in a very public manner.
