Josh has an easy week for once post half marathon and pre Telford 10k, and isn't too pleased about how wet it has been of late. Shane has a week off and despite saying he has been "going to the gym" the other lads aren't too pleased to learn that this means he has been once. While, Aaron is in his final preperations ahead of Malaga and isn't too pleased about his mind starting to wander and goal creep becoming a thing. Have a good week, IJP boys
