About Today’s Topic
In episode 29, Audrey talked about customer retention, referral and upselling strategies. In the next 2 episodes she’s going to break down really great strategies for increasing revenue with your current customers.
When trying to increase revenue from existing customers using a segmentation strategy, you can increase your profits by 25-95% just by focusing your attention on one key point: awareness. Most of your customers have tunnel vision and will only focus on the one thing that you offer them as a service. This is where awareness comes into play. It is your job to make your customer aware of all the things you offer and do well. To do that, you can use a segmentation strategy based on what goal you want to achieve.
