I denne episoden har vi Ove Sollie som gjest. Ole er doktorgradsstipendiat ved Norges Idrettshøyskole (NIH), i tillegg jobber han som trener og lærer. Dagens tematikk vil omhandle utholdenhetstrening der vi går dypere inn på begrep som pauselengde i intervalltrening, intensitetsstyring, forskjellen mellom kondisjon- og utholdenhetstrening med mye mer.
