On this Episode I interviewed Josiah Middaugh, after his top 10 finish at the Jacksonville National series race. Josiah has a huge endurance racing background in Xterra racing. Being a 14x Xterra National Champion and the 2015 Xterra World Champion. He was on the "Spartan Games", which is a 4 part series on YouTube. He was also on the Amazon Prime's "ECO Challenge Race" that took place in Fiji. He decided to race the Jacksonville race, even though he hasn't done a Spartan Race since 2011.
