Every Thursday while we're in Chicago for the #TakeAHikeDiabetes Tour, we'll be broadcasting live from the Chicago Outerbelt for the Hiking My Feelings® Virtual Campfire. Join Sydney and Barry from Hiking My FeelingsChicago Outerbelt Alliance LIVE from the campground to learn more about Take a Hike, Diabetes and how you can get involved. We'll be interviewing local community leaders, outdoor enthusiasts, and more!

ABOUT THE SHOW

The Hiking My Feelings Virtual Campfire was born when COVID-19 canceled our 2020 Tour through the US and Canada.

Each week we gather with mental health and mindfulness experts, various advocates + activists, outdoor enthusiasts from all walks of life, our favorite bands and artists, and members of the Hiking My Feelings Family to facilitate the conversations and energy we feel when we’re out in the backcountry, sitting around a campfire after a long day on the trail.

In times where we are more isolated than ever before, it is important to us to create an opportunity for our community to find deep connection and to share stories of hope, healing, and inspiration.
