In this episode we talk all things Winter Arc and why we shouldn't be hibernating just yet according to the cycles of nature.
It got me reflecting on how this time of year used to be full of booze fuelled celebrations, with Halloween, Bonfire Night and then starting the run up to Christmas with my favourite phrase being 'fuck it, it's Christmas' as an excuse to drink on any occasion. The difference in how the last two years have been is wild and this made me realise just what I have gained and given up as a result of cutting out alcohol.
