Have you ever wondered what it’s like to be a national champion...? Well, 16-year-old Catherine Phant is just that. She and her teammates won gold at the Canadian National Championships in May, taking the volleyball world by storm ~ one serve, one set, one spike, one game at a time. I first met Catherine when I joined Team Harmony as a goal-setting coach 3 years ago.
