When I was preparing for this podcast, over 2 weeks ago, I found myself more than once in a situation where I had to choose rest over creation. These 2 weeks have been particularly busy with clinic work, and I really had to choose myself over anything else. And I thought to myself, Oh the irony! I tried to create my weekly Podcast schedule but by the time I got to it, all I could do was rest.
There was not much left in the tank, now in the past I would have pushed through, but then that would have completely defeated the message of this podcast, so I decided to listen to my own message ...
