A very different guest on today's show as we meet Lucy Varnava, the person who has taught a host of Nottingham Forest players English to help them settle in England as quickly as possible. Lucy has worked with Murillo, Danilo, Felipe, Nicolas Dominguez, Carlos Miguel, Ibrahim Sangare and more, teaching them English after they all joined Forest speaking little to none of the language initially.

An etiquette and former TV chef in Ukraine, she tells her how she was hired by Forest, how the process works, forging bonds with the players and her pride in seeing them progress.
