First, Amazing fried chicken sandwich and much more at Pioneer Lakeside Cafe in Malletts Bay, Vermont on Lake Champlain run by a lovely couple, Lindsay and Jean-Luc Metecat who are the real deal complete with a chef story to tell. Then, Amazing fried chicken sandwich #2 at Neon Marketplace - complete with gas pumps and trendy electric vehicle charging stations out front. Fave line by Food Development Queen Elise Babey: "The sauce is scorching hot but at the same time you can't stop eating it!" Oh yes - and they have Pat LaFreida burgers. That's right. Enjoy.
