“The Busy Brain Cure: The Eight-Week Plan to Find Focus, Tame Anxiety, and Sleep Again.”
I also want to point out that she’s the Chief Wellness Officer for an organization in the corporate space and that’s allowed her to scale a mindfulness and wellness program to impact over 7000 employees.
