Being in hospitality for half of his life working for Michelin-starred restaurants, Will is now an entrepreneur in his own right and the proud owner of Luu Bar and soon to open Bento Bistro.

Will is an encyclopedia of good and candid stories written in the sweat of his past mistakes and successes.
