Kristian Jack, Alexandre Gangué-Ruzic, Mitchell Tierney and Charlie O'Connor-Clarke discuss the Gold Cup campaign so far and then set up Sunday night's quarter-final against the United States.

In the second half of the show, the crew also breaks down all four CPL matches from the weekend, including Halifax Wanderers' dramatic late win over Forge, an entertaining Pacific-Atlético Ottawa draw, and away wins for Cavalry and York United over Valour and Vancouver, respectively.
