We were all set to run another conference summer check in episode when late on Thursday night, 5 star center Makur Maker, the #17 prospect in the 247Sports Composite for the class of 2020 committed to play for the Howard Bisons over UCLA, Kentucky and Memphis. So Tani called up Steven Gaither from HBCU Gameday to discuss how it all went down, what this means for Howard, and just how good Makur will be in the MEAC.

Then, Tani calls up Jeff Ermann, the publisher of Inside Maryland Sports to discuss Under Armour's collapse and their decision to break ties with UCLA.
