In this episode, Cate and Erik sit down to discuss what happens when you make a mistake, when you rush into the "yes", when you overcommit or rush into something before doing your due diligence, and what effect that can have emotionally when the repercussions of those rash decisions come back to remind you of your previous shortcomings.
