Dr Ivan Gabrić is a refractive surgeon who is advancing the limits of corneal refractive surgery and I enjoyed visiting him at the Svjetlost Eye Clinic in Zagreb, Croatia where he performed innovative corneal lenticular refractive surgery. This included unusual cases such as pure myopic cylinder which can be very tricky due to the lenticule shape. I even enjoyed seeing the patients at the post-op day 1 visit so that I could truly appreciate the amazing results.
