Who is James and what is his letter about? Often times this letter is approached as the ultimate checklist and guide to Christian behavior. Today, we will see that this letters contents are actually framed in identity. James' identity was radically changed by the identity of Jesus. When James' identity changed, everything about his life's activity changed as well. Before getting deep into the activities described in this letter, we must first ask ourselves if we have laid ourselves down at the Identity of Jesus.
