Frank gives all his thoughts on the offer sheet situation between the Oilers and St Louis Blues. Frank gives his thoughts on which player the Oilers should be looking to keep, if the Oilers saw this coming, if they thought about making a trade involving some of these players before any of this, and more. Frank also weighed in on the Maple Leafs naming Auston Matthews as their captain and the future of the Maple Leafs.
