We practice this meditation together in order to activate our 7 energy centers or chakras that are located from the base of the spine to the crown of the head. Each chakra is vibrated with a different Sanskrit Beeja mantra which resonates with that particular chakra. Beeja mantras are root mantra which have special powers. This meditation is another way to open you up and let your energies flow naturally.
