About Dr. Mark Melamed:

Dr. Mark Melamed received his MD from New York University in 1973 before completing his residency at NYU Medical Center in 1978. Dr. Melamed is a member of the American Board of Opthalmology & is currently practicing as an ophthalmologist in Hewlett, NY at South Shore Ophthalmology. He specializes in diabetic retinopathy, uveitis, corneal disease, and eye plastic surgery.
