This episode is all about how much we have to surrender the things that we can’t control. That the suffering that will cause ourselves by not surrendering to think you can’t control is what makes our life fairly miserable. So I talk about you know what it’s like to surrender to the point what it’s like to surrender to the to the fact that we can’t win the battle of alcohol so far I love you and that we can’t change our parents we can’t change our past every really frankly can’t change anybody.
