Mistakes. Everybody makes them. And, when we do, we are suppose to learn from them.
Sometimes, though, that isn’t our first response. Our first response may be to head to the refrigerator or local drive-thru and answer our frustration or disappointment with food. Of course, that isn’t a helpful plan for our health goals. But, how do we stop doing it?
