In an apparent attempt to fix the exhibition game’s lack of competitiveness in recent years, the league has once again made a change. Instead of two All Star teams selected by conference or captains, there will be four teams competing: 3 teams of 8 All Stars and the fourth team being the winner of the Rising Stars game.
