So when you finally have it or the opportunity to have it comes up, your body goes overboard because it doesn’t know the next time it’ll have it.
So, the key isn’t to cut things out completely, but to ease into the changes.
The goal is to make small adjustments, so you’re not sending your body or mind into scarcity mode.
Gradual changes stick better without the intense rebound effect.
