Matt Forte is a former NFL running back who played 10 seasons with the Bears and Jets. He was selected by Chicago in the second round of the 2008 NFL Draft and played his first eight seasons with the Bears before finishing his final two years with the N.Y. Jets.

Forte is now an author and his new children’s book “MY HAIR CAN” released September 3, 2024.

Today on the podcast, Matt Forte shares on the importance of maintaining intimacy with Christ through prayer and meditation on God’s Word. Forte shares his favorite memories from his NFL career, including his memorable debut game and a special moment with his parents.
