Toxic Positivity and Navigating Negative Emotions

This week I have been a Debbie Downer, so rather than try to be all toxic positivity about it, I have learned first hand how important it is to acknowledge, allow and process negative emotions and feelings that you would rather numb out from.
Rather than make out life is all rainbows and butterflies, I decided to share this learning and knowledge and let you in a little bit to the realities of my life and that just because we do the self development work, it doesn't mean that we don't have weeks where we struggle.
Toxic positivity is rife on social media and pushing down and not allowing those more difficult feelings can result in them coming out in all sorts of ways.
We will talk about how to do this and my little framework for getting back on track.
