Amber Kitchen is a One Championship athlete and former WBC National Champion. She recently packed up her life and moved 7 hours away to Leeds to join Bad Company , training under Richard Smith, and boy oh boy can you see the intensity go up to a 12. In this chat Amber shares more on her life growing up living and breathing Muay Thai along with her twin sister Allaya. The twins started fighting at age 3 and competing at age 9. They were so good they kept ending up in the same final together so had to paper/rock/scissors to decide who was going to eat chocolate and go up a weight class.
