Today's guest is Mamoun Kharbouch. Mamoun is a 24-year-old Moroccan native who lives and works in Paris, France. Over the last 5-7 years, Mamoun was able to completely transform his life and overcome serious adversity through fitness and through challenging himself in multiple areas of his life. As a result of this transformation, Mamoun started a social media page where he shares his experiences with people and where he helps them become improved versions of themselves through fitness and other areas of self-development.

Mamoun and I were roommates for a year during our undergraduate studies at the University of Tampa - it has been remarkable to see how much we both progressed in only a few years!
