We continue with the 6 other thinking errors. On the previous episode (part 1) we were able to discuss 6. In this episode (part 2) we are discussing: 1. Emotional Reasoning 2. Overgeneralization, 3. Personalization and Blame, 4. Labelling 5. Awfulising and Catastrophe thinking 6. Discounting the Positives. I share my personal experience and relationship management using what we know about thinking errors and the 7 tips for managing them. We also discuss the benefits of Identifying and breaking limiting thinking patterns, and once again explore the 7 tips we discussed in the previous episode. I encourage you to try out the activity/homework this week. Certainly there will be loads of opportunities to practice. I encourage you to seize every opportunity to practice, learn and grow.
