This is NOT the Fitnah that is referred to as... The one standing is better than the one moving and the one sitting is better than the one standing (Muslim). Some jurists consider it superior to Jihaad itself and their reasoning is that Alee (ra) spent his entire period of his Caliphate in fighting against the rebel instead of performing jihand (Roohul Ma'nee).
