PMDD (Pre-Menstral Dysphoric Disorder) is a real thing and it’s very hard on the individual suffering from it. I share my thoughts on having (unofficially) being diagnosed with PMDD and being in the middle of its effects on me. SO NOT FUN!! But, what’s the point of my podcast?
