We’re going to cover the action steps you can take to walk through this perimenopause/menopause journey with the tools you need to embrace the changes in your body. This can be a beautiful next step in your season of life if we equip ourselves and embrace it instead of dreading it. It doesn’t have to be awful if we’re equipped and empowered with the tools we need to set us up to be our own best health advocate. My hope is that my story and all that I learned can guide you into perimenopause and menopause effortlessly!

*Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)

*Exercising during this season of life

*Nutrition and the foods that nourish during this season of life

You don’t have to suffer like I did when you arm yourself with the right tools to walk through this with confidence. I’m here to help you to learn to do the research and educate yourself just like I did so you can be your own best health advocate now and as you age. This season can be beautiful. Trust me, I’ve made it through and I’m thriving now at the age of 59!
