I have had a stroke in early November and have aphasia - language is jumbled up in speaking or writing. My podcasts will sound different, but it stills me!)
My name is Tara and I’m coming to you from somewhere near the Rocky Mountains. I like to see myself as middle aged but my chances of ever becoming a centenarian are very, very remote, so I’ve accepted that I have many more yesterdays than I do tomorrows. And I’m OK with that. I’m a collector of stories, both my own and those of others. Some are amusing, some are downright funny. Some are moving and hopefully, they all inspire you in some way. It is, after all, where our stories meet that compassion and community take place. When I’m asked to share a little about myself I say, I met my husband at a nudist park, it turns out he was a rock star and then I decided to become a priest!
