Hello dear yogis. Let's tune into our energy. As Einstein said: "all of life is energy ... and that is all there is to it". I hope you find this practice energetically uplifting. We will emphasise length and strength in the front of the hip (hip flexors and quads). Expect to play with low lunges, bound half moon and pigeon pose variations.
