S3 E12 XL Tribesmen Presents Yoga With Jarelle
This meeting of Jarelle Wilson was right on time. I have been on a health and wellness journey and yoga presented itself as an option for me because I am I just don’t wanna work out and shit.
I don’t wanna be in the gym lifting weights and I won’t be on the treadmill running I don’t want to be on the elliptical I don’t wanna do squats I don’t want to do that shit so in honor of not wanting to do any of that shit I was like well let’s try to find other forms of exercise that I can stretch become more limber and eventually become stronger because really what I want become stronger.
You know In case a ish try something, I’m kidding I’m kidding I’m kidding kidding I’m kidding but I’m not. I was like a big guy that does yoga I have to interview him so of course I reached out to him and he was like yes I’m down.
