Avelo is a Swiss startup that develops AveloCollect, a breath aerosol collector. They aim at detecting tuberculosis and lower respiratory tract infections, the ones that cause pneumonia – from the breath. No nasal swab, no sputum, no blood sample. Just breathe into a tube.
