Who's that cat? It's Victor Martinez Jr! Victor is a stand-up comedian and marijuana enthusiast, he runs the very popular Garage Mic which has become a staple in the Los Angeles comedy scene. Victor is also the host of The High Tonight show (think Jay Leno with a blunt) where he gives comedians and musicians a platform to showcase their talent for people all over the world.
