She is an accomplished author, speaker, and workshop facilitator. Known for her first book Reweaving the Family Tapestry, Fredda collaborated with Dr. Fran Lotery on the Family Wealth Sustainability Toolkit and most recently wrote The Essential Roadmap: Navigating Family Enterprise Sustainability, which outlines a model for family enterprise long term sustainability. Fredda is one of 5 children and mother of two, grandmother of 7, originally a nurse and then a psychologist, entrepreneur.
